What to expect, step by step.

Day 1 — Reservation

You reserve a pod.

Submit the reservation form. You'll receive an instant email confirmation. Our team reviews your reservation the same business day and reaches out to discuss next steps.

Day 2 — Quote

We send your quote.

A personalized shipping quote and delivery timing estimate based on your ZIP code and any access requirements.

Day 3+ — Order

You approve and pay.

Once you confirm and pay, your delivery date is locked in. We handle the freight carrier coordination from there.

1–3 weeks after order — Delivery

The pod arrives.

Stock orders typically arrive within 1–3 weeks of order confirmation, depending on your zone. The carrier calls 30–60 minutes before arrival.

Before delivery

Preparing your space.

Door clearance
S pods fit through standard 36" doorways. M pods require 38"+ doorways. ML, L, and XL pods require double-door access (42"+).
Building access
Ground-floor delivery is simplest. For above-ground-floor delivery, freight elevator access is required — standard passenger elevators won't fit any of our crates.
Room dimensions
Confirm your room has enough space for the pod's footprint plus clearance for assembly and ventilation. Our team reviews requirements with you during scheduling.
Power outlet
Standard 110V outlet within 8 feet of pod location. No hard-wiring required.
Assembly

Pods arrive flat-packed in sealed crates with full assembly instructions. Most pods assemble in 1–4 hours with a team of two, using common tools. A detailed assembly guide ships with every pod.

After delivery

What happens next.

Arrival check
Inspect your pod within 7 days of delivery. Contact our team if anything arrived damaged or doesn't perform as expected.
Warranty
Two-year warranty on all electrical, mechanical, and structural components. Acoustic panels and finishes covered against manufacturing defects.
Ongoing support
Direct line to our team for any questions after delivery. We check in at 30 and 90 days.
