Stock orders ship within 3–5 business days after confirmation. Transit time depends on destination — typically 1–2 business days for the Midwest, 2–4 days for most of the country, and 5–7 days for the West Coast. Custom configurations require 10–14 weeks (production plus freight).

Delivery includes curbside drop-off via lift-gate truck and appointment scheduling. The freight carrier calls 30–60 minutes before arrival. The pod arrives crated on a pallet, ready for placement and assembly at your location.

The pod arrives flat-packed in a sealed crate with full assembly instructions and tools (Allen wrench included). Smaller pods (S, M) assemble in about an hour with two people. Larger pods (ML, L, XL) take 2–4 hours with a team of two.

Larger pods (ML, L, XL) require freight elevator access for above-ground-floor delivery. Standard passenger elevators won't fit any of our crates. Our team verifies access requirements during scheduling. For residential delivery, lift-gate service is standard.

We ship throughout the continental United States. For Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and international destinations, shipping is available with customer-arranged customs clearance and freight forwarding.

Two-year warranty on all electrical, mechanical, and structural components. Acoustic panels and finishes covered against manufacturing defects. We follow up at 30 and 90 days after delivery to make sure everything is performing as expected.

The first batch ships in current stock configurations for fastest delivery. For custom exterior colors, interior fabrics, or branded panels, custom orders are available with a 10–14 week lead time and 50% deposit. Reach out to our team to discuss options.
